Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your name and email from Google sign-in (or your email, if you sign in with an email code), and your mobile number.
• Birth details: date, time and place of birth, and any family members you add.
• Your questions and readings, and any background you choose to share, such as your work or situation.
• Purchases: which pack you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled only by our payment partner; we never see them.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and a random device identifier stored in your browser, used only to prevent abuse, for example so that free questions cannot be claimed again on the same device, birth chart or mobile number.

Why we use it

• To calculate your chart and write your readings.
• To keep your account, your free and bought questions, and your saved readings.
• To understand our customers, learn from them and improve our readings and service: your details, questions and readings may be reviewed and studied privately by Sanket Kumar Kaushik.
• To process payments, refunds and support requests.

We never sell your data and never show it to other users. We do not use advertising trackers.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers only to run the service: website hosting, Google for sign-in and for our private consultation records, an OpenStreetMap-based place search to find your birthplace (it receives only the place name you type), a payment partner for checkout, an email service that sends sign-in codes, and a provider that generates the readings. They may process your data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep a private business record of your consultations (your details, questions and readings) and purchases, to improve our service, to resolve any complaint or payment dispute, and for our accounts. My account → Delete my data removes your saved chart, details and readings from your account and the website straight away. The private record is kept; it is never shown on the website and is never sold, shared or used for advertising. If you would like that record removed too, write to [email protected]. Your remaining bought questions are kept safe.

Your consent

Before you sign in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept this policy and our Terms of use. We keep a record of the date and version you accepted. Your data is used only for the reasons above; we never sell it, rent it or share it for advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time; how deletion works is explained above.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. The website stores a few settings in your browser, such as language and theme, so it remembers your choices.

The service is not meant for anyone under 18.
